Klecko's Words of Wisdom

Greetings Friends,

You Know, feeding a city on a daily basis can be more than an honor. It’s a social responsibility. If a production facility gets too greedy, often times it’s the local fan base that ends up suffering. At Saint Agnes, we really value our clients. By now I would hope you realize that I’m aware that it’s your children, your spouses, even your pets that are going to be affected by what we serve them.

If you’ve ever taken time to talk with me, you’ll know that I started off my baking career by designing inexpensive baked goods for a gas station chain. And you know something, back when I did this, these items weren’t unusual. However, as the years have rolled by, so have the Twin Cities culinary desire. People are becoming better informed and making wiser choices when shopping for food.

That’s why I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that have taken the time to contact, and help increase my knowledge with your wonderful advice.

I usually don’t like to speak for anyone other than myself, but I’ll make a rare exception
